Surely you have noticed that the latest trend in computing is virtualisation; having your head "in the cloud" is the right place to be these days.

As with any form of computer technology the question we always ask is "what about security?".
Well, to meet the growing demands of the market, BitDefender have, in collaboration with VMware, answered that question and have launched a security solution for cloud and virtual computing that offers key benefits including reduced system demands with increased threat protection.
"Security as a service" will now be readily available with Security for Virtualised Environments by BitDefender. This product offers a comprehensive security solution for virualised datacentres and integrates with VMware vShield™ to protect Windows servers and desktops, as well as Linux and Solaris systems.

I know that BitDefender suppose to be the best antivirus out there but how can we trust them cause, they like any other antivirus makers download viruses. How do we know your all are not giving us the virus and then selling your product.
ReplyDeleteI bought Bitdefender 2012 Total Security and was unpleasantly disgusted that it took me almost five hours to get it installed after several calls to the help desk. Once I got it running it's excellent. I suggested the software to friends and they think of me as an idiot for having them buy it( They also had severe installation issues). I think the product is fantastic, but installation is not user friendly at all. Thanks for a great product anyhow.
ReplyDeleteThanks for raising these issues. Have a look at the answers from Jonathan Holton, the Technical Director of H&A, here: http://holtonwarbler.blogspot.com/2012/03/you-asked.html
